Ian McCall kommer härnäst att kliva in i oktagonen för att ta sig an John Lineker, och McCall känner sig självsäker inför mötet. Trots att Lineker har vunnit fem av sina sex senaste matcher, där fyra av segrarna tillkommit via TKO/KO, så tycker inte Ian att John har särskilt mycket att komma med.

Comparatively to the best, the cream of the crop, all he has is the punch. Jiu-jitsu, I will walk all over him and in wrestling, the same thing. I think it’s a good fight. I just have to go out there and bust my a–, put on a good performance and finish him.
The guy punches hard – good for him. Technically everywhere else, he’s not very good. I had the same game plan for the past two people as Lineker: speed, numbers, and things like that. It’s not rocket science. I know and everyone else knows I’m better than him. I’ve got to put it all together and I’ll make him look silly.
He can talk all he wants, but he’s not going to trick me into playing his game. I’m going to beat you the way I’m going to beat you, and it’s not going to be that hard.
