James Vick besviken på UFC:s marknadsföring: ’I’m 6-1 and no one knows who the hell I am’

Via ’The MMA Hour’:

They didn’t ask me any good questions in the press conference afterwards. I was actually going to go off a bit and say I want to be promoted more. I talked to one of the PR guys for UFC, and told him, ‘I am 6-1 in UFC and no one knows who the hell I am.’ You got guys and girls who have .500 records in the UFC and they are getting flown to places and doing guest appearances. So I’m like, Why don’t ya’ll fly me somewhere, I’m trying to make me some money here.’ He promised he would. I just don’t understand how I am 6-1 in UFC and why I would be fighting 30 minutes from my house in Dallas and be on the freaking prelims. When I was supposed to fight Johny Case, he was 4-1 and I was 5-1 and they had us on the second fight on Fight Pass. What the fuck? That’s ridiculous.
