Den forne världsmästaren i kickboxning och far till Michael ”Venom” Page, Curtis Page, ställs inför rätta.
Han var anklagad för 6 våldtäktsfall, 14 fall av sexuella trakasserier samt 2 fall av sex med barn under 13 år. Page var tidigare representant för ’Great Britain Martial Arts Association’ och ’the British Kickboxing Council’ men efter att ha häktats blivit utesluten ur båda grupper. Page är en trefaldig världsmästare i kickboxning och gav dessutom sin son, MVP, femte gradens svartbälte i kickboxning.
Enligt Daily Mail skall tre kvinnor klivit fram och anklagat honom för sexuella trakasserier, våldtäkt och pedofili mellan åren 1985 till 1995. Åklagare James Thacker sade följande om Page.

Han anklagas för att ha haft sexuellt umgänge med en tolvårig flicka samt tagit hennes oskuld, deras ”förhållande”, som de benämner det, skall ha fortsatt i flera år. Han skall också utnyttjat ytterligare en yngre flicka efter att hon förtäljt för Page att hon blivit utsatt för våldtäkt av en äldre man. Åklagaren menar att flickan skall ha sagt följande.

Den tredje kvinnan som yttrat sig säger att Page skall ha våldfört sig på henne två gånger som barn och haft sex med henne efter hon fyllt 16 år. Page nekar till alla anklagelser och menar att de tre kvinnorna konspirerat mot honom och ’gaddat ihop sig’.

Curtis Page blev senare dömd till fyra års fängelse. Han gick senare bort i cancer i fängelset och hans familj skriver följande genom Facebook.
It is with great sorrow and deep heartbreak that we are announcing the passing away of our father Mstr Curtis Page Sr. Despite being able to spend much of his last year surrounded with many close loved ones, his condition rapidly declined early this month and he died peacefully December 26th at 9:20am (GMT) (“Kick” Boxing Day), after losing his battle to cancer.
The past 5 years were extremely traumatic for him due to the many life challenges he faced, but we are incredibly proud of him, particularly the resolve and character he displayed in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles. It is hard to put into words what our father has meant to us and the significant impact he has had in our lives. Many of you will share this sentiment.
Some of our fondest memories as children include traveling around England making up random songs about various landmarks we’d encounter on our journey, hastily anticipating the next opportunity to belt out the next song at the top of our lungs. Other great memories include all of us huddled around a heater in a small house in Southall or Croydon, sharing humble meals and watching Jackie Chan movies, while falling asleep piled up on him.
We also remember the sport that so often brought us all together; and the countless memories of training, competing, and teaching. No one was harder on us to achieve our potential, but also no one celebrated with us more in our victories (Which likely included some soca music.)
Probably the most valuable lesson we learnt from our time with him, is that we’ve only ever needed to be with each other to be happy. If you’ve ever been around us, you’d know the jokes don’t stop and the adventure picks right back up where it left off whenever we reunite.
Even though this is a sad time, there is much to celebrate about his life and the legacy that he has left behind in Fena Cooper, Curtis Page Jr., Jamie Page, Michael ’Venom’ Page, Kalon Kingsley Page, Ayanna Page, and Jaiden Page.
