Den irländske UFC-fightern Conor McGregor återvände till rätten under torsdagen för ett förhör för incidenten under UFC 223 i april i år. McGregor som bl.a. attackerade en fighterbuss med en lastkärra och skadade flera fighters som befann sig i bussen, fick efter ett kort förhör veta att han får återvända till rätten den 26:e juli.

Efter förhöret meddelade Conor för den samlade pressen att han ångrar sitt agerande och inser allvaret i det hela.
I regret my actions that led to today. I understand the seriousness of this matter and I’m hopeful this will get worked out. Thank you, everyone.
McGregors manager, Audie Attar, berättade för MMAFighting.com att man för tillfället lägger all fokus på att åtgärda detta problem.
Today we’re here to focus on court, we’re not going to focus on any future plans until we handle this matter. Right now we’re in good negotiations with the district attorney, so we’re going to focus on that and we’ll focus on the future later.
